Wilkinson: No immediate impacts on First Nations from new orca protections

Federal fisheries and oceans minister Jonathan Wilkinson said coastal communities impacted by the new protected orca habitats off Vancouver Island won’t see any economic impacts without consultations, which are set for the new year.
