A section of Highway 28 near Burleigh Falls was closed around noon following a large dump truck fire near BUrleigh falls.
Resident Desmond Kelly captured this video outside his home just south of Burleigh Falls.
He says the driver of the dump truck was not injured and that he believes the blaze started in the dump which was carrying discarded wood from an old cottage.
Selwyn firefighters arrived and quickly extinguished the blaze. The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
