Three indigenous organizations whose communities are impacted by the Oil Tanker Moratorium Act met with the federal government on Tuesday. In a press conference afterwards, Calvin Helin said he is concerned about the impact of Bill C-48 on these communities and asked, “Is this what reconciliation is supposed to represent in Canada?”
