As the recount in Florida gets underway, Rick Scott has filed another lawsuit. This time he’s looking to impound all voting machines, tallying devices, and ballots until the entire process is done. That would be carried out by local police forces, such as Broward Sheriffs Office and the Florida Department of Law Enforcement.
