‘Canada needs to build pipelines within our own borders’: Alberta energy minister

A federal judge in Montana has blocked a permit for construction of the Keystone XL oil pipeline from Canada and ordered officials to conduct a new environmental review. Alberta’s energy minister said the decision underscored the need for Canada to build pipelines within its own borers.
