CDN-NDG borough opts not to go smoke free

Tue, Nov 6: The borough of Cote-des-Neiges-NDG has voted against banning smoking in public spaces. In an effort to limit where people can smoke cannabis, the opposition wanted to tighten up the rules for smoking in public. As Global’s Phil Carpenter explains, the borough feels that banning smoking in parks is too restrictive.
