The U.S. Navy said a Russian Su-27 intercepted a U.S. EP-3 Aries II aircraft flying in international airspace over the Black Sea on Monday. The Navy said the Russian military is within its right to fly within international airspace but this interaction was irresponsible and put its crew at risk.
