Wed, Oct 31: A jury is now in place for the retrial of Dennis Oland. The 50-year-old Rothesay man is facing a second-degree murder charge for the July 2011 death of his father, well known Saint John businessman Richard Oland. As Andrew Cromwell reports, the trial itself will get underway Tuesday morning.
