It's a major construction project in West Kelowna. It includes the widening of Glenrosa Road and the addition of a traffic circle. That means re-routing traffic through residential areas and the additional traffic is being to take its toll on some residents. But they're not pointing the finger at the construction company, but the motorists. Kelly Hayes reports.
