It's a project that's been in the works for roughly 10 years now. A modern-looking peacekeeping memorial will soon be built in the Louis St. parking lot, but funds still need to be raised for the project. Bill Steedman joined The Morning Show today to talk about the fundraiser, and some of the hurdles postponing the project.
