The federal government will not appeal a court ruling that paused the expansion of the Trans Mountain pipeline that takes Alberta crude to tidewater in Burnaby, B.C. Instead, Ottawa will now begin discussions again with Indigenous groups on the matter. As David Akin reports, that’s drawing fire from those who believe the project is suffering even more delays.
