Democratic senator raises American Bar Association letter calling for delay to Kavanaugh confirmation

U.S. Sen. Dick Durbin read a letter from the president of the American Bar Association on Friday, which calls for a delay of Brett Kavanaugh’s confirmation until the FBI investigates sexual assault allegations. In response, Sen. Chuck Grassley said the president does not dictate what the judiciary committee does.
