Construction delays irk residents of off-campus dorm

Post-secondary students living at Robson Mews in Kelowna say construction delays have caused them stress. They were put up in a hotel for the first week of December, and the building is still only permitted for partial occupancy. Residents say they had to wait days for things like couches and pots and pans, and they’d like compensation.
