Social media has been full of criticism this week over what some are calling council's new "sanctuary city" policy. The city's new policy, called Access Without Fear, is about giving undocumented immigrants easier access to municipal services. Jennifer Crosby sits down with city councillor Sarah Hamilton to talk more about the program.
