Sohi explains why feds not considering Supreme Court challenge on Trans Mountain

Natural Resources Minister Amarjeet Sohi told reporters Friday that “at this time” the federal government is not considering a Supreme Court challenge on Trans Mountain and has instead ordered an NEB review of the project.
