The civic election in Kelowna is beginning to heat up with one of mayor Colin Basran’s challengers taking a shot at the incumbent over Costco. The retail giant is looking for a new location and there’s talk it may have to move to another city. Challenger Tom Dyas says the city can’t afford to lose the big box store, but Basran says Dyas is just blowing smoke. Kelly Hayes reports.
