Red Cross spokesperson Jeff Hall said that reception centres have been set up following the fires and explosions in Massachusetts on Thursday. “We haven’t set up shelters yet – the reception centers where people can come and we can evaluate if we are going to need to set up shelters- two in Lawrence, one in Andover, two in North Andover,” he said.
