On Friday, Canadian Foreign Affairs Minister Chrystia Freeland refrained from commenting on U.S. President Donald Trump’s off-the-record comments to Bloomberg News about negotiating with Canada on NAFTA. According to the Toronto Star, Trump told Bloomberg he is not making any compromises at all in the talks with Canada.
