Chrystia Freeland says once Canada will rejoin NAFTA talks once U.S.-Mexico bilateral done

Foreign Affairs Minister Chrystia Freeland said Friday that Canada would rejoin talks with the U.S. and Mexico once the two countries had finished talks about their bilateral issues and would then discuss their own bilateral and trilateral talks.
