Ottawa unveils 12-year strategy to reduce poverty

Ottawa is setting new targets to cut Canada’s poverty rate in half by the year 2030. As Eric Sorensen reports, the federal Liberals hope that setting out targets will hold this government and future governments accountable for poverty in this country.
