Montreal Mayor Valerie Plante claims the bureaucratic hurdles to jump aren’t worth naming a street after Daisy Sweeney, a music teacher to some of the greats in the Canadian jazz world. But as Tim Sargeant reports, many are upset over the reconciliation prize.
