Ontario Provincial Police have charged a Toronto teacher with criminal negligence causing death following a one-year investigation into the death of 15-year-old Jeremiah Perry. Police have charged 54-year-old Nicolas Mills, who lives in Caledon. Sean O’Shea reports.
