Senate hearing ends with heated exchange between Pompeo and Menendez

Wednesday’s Senate Foreign Relations Committee hearing ended with a heated exchange between U.S. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo and Democratic Senator Bob Menendez with regards to President Trump’s meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin in Helsinki. “If President Obama did what President Trump did in Helsinki, I’d be peeling you off the Capitol ceiling,” Mendez said to Pompeo.
