Civil Liberties Union concerned Ford government could use back-to-work legislation in future strikes

The Canadian Civil Liberties Union expressed concern on Monday that the Ford government’s decision to go straight to back-to-work legislation for the York University strike raises the question would they bring in legislation for any future possible strikes in Ontario.
