Federal, Quebec governments reveal new plan for Lac-Mégantic railway

Nearly five years after the deadly train disaster in Lac-Mégantic, Quebec, there’s a $133 million plan to reroute the rail line. Trains will stop running through the town in 2022, but as Mike Armstrong reports, not all residents are on board.
