Canadian first: Scalpel-free surgery could help people with depression

Canadian researchers are testing a brain surgery that doesn’t involve a scalpel. It’s aimed at people whose depression has been resistant to treatment. As Allison Vuchnich reports, the promising new procedure has the potential to help people with other illnesses, too.
