Tue, May 1: The province is phasing out a program that allows people with disabilities to work for less than minimum wage. The Ontario Ministry of Community and Social Services says there is no justification in the 21st century to segregate any group of people and pay them less for the work they do. But as Caryn Lieberman found out, some families disagree completely.
