‘Progress’ led to reprieve on tariffs for steel, aluminum for Canada, Mexico, E.U.

White House Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders says the U.S. is extending a reprieve on tariffs for steel and aluminum for Canada, Mexico and the E.U. because progress has been made during negotiations.
