In the past two years, three Alberta government ministers have had babies while in office, something that hadn't happened before. MLAs don't pay into the Employment Insurance program that funds parental leave for other parents, leading to a uniquely political problem. Jennifer Crosby finds out how that's changing things in Alberta.
