Aerial video shows multiple scenes where van struck pedestrians in Toronto attack

At least nine people are dead and a suspect is under arrest after a van mounted the curb and struck numerous pedestrians at several locations along Yonge St. between Finch Ave. and Sheppard Ave. on Monday afternoon.
