Mon, Apr 16: A Nova Scotia court heard on Monday that a woman who pleaded guilty to conspiring to commit mass murder in Halifax had an online profile full of racist and violent expressions. Lindsay Souvannarath, from suburban Chicago, planned a Valentine’s Day mass murder at the Halifax Shopping Centre in 2015 with two co-conspirators. Ross Lord reports from the sentencing hearing.
