Spring ice storm makes life miserable for those in its path

So much for April showers. This past weekend’s ice storm littered our streets with tree branches and hydro lines, left tens of thousands in the dark and generally made life miserable for anyone in the storm’s path. Mark Carcasole has more on the fallout.
