Tue, Apr 10: A Pickering, Ont., flooring company that shipped $30,000 worth of hardwood to a fake customer is finding out the hard way about what a bank transaction approval really means. As Sean O’Shea reports, TD first approved the visa transactions then three months later claimed the transactions were fraudulent.
