Toronto Police Det. Sgt. Hank Idsinga, the lead detective handling the Bruce McArthur investigation, has filed a professional standards complaint about a fellow officer, an officer who Global News has learned met with McArthur in 2016 at a police detachment after someone filed a complaint. Catherine McDonald spoke one-on-one with Idsinga on Wednesday.
