Federal Budget 2018: Scheer says Liberals don’t have contingency for NAFTA negotiations

Conservative Leader Andrew Scheer said Tuesday that in 2019 the party would campaign on fiscal responsibility and said the 2018 budget does not have a contingency for if NAFTA negotiations fail.
