Patrick Brown withdraws Ontario PC leadership bid

Patrick Brown — the man who was the leader of the Ontario PC Party, and quit after sexual misconduct allegations emerged, then came back, saying he’s done nothing wrong — has just changed his mind again. Patrick Brown is no longer running for the leadership. Our Carolyn Jarvis reports.
