Former MPP Christine Elliott has now joined Doug Ford in declaring their candidacy for the Ontario P.C. leadership. But the race is about to get bigger, as Caroline Mulroney and Rod Phillips have also expressed intent in throwing their name into the hat. Kamil Karamali reports.
