While we all know the importance of getting a full night of sleep, for many of us, our busy schedules intrude on the 8 hours of shut-eye we're supposed to be getting. But could it be that very idea of a long, uninterrupted stretch of sleep is an artificial and relative new fact of life? Linda Aylesworth explains.
