U.S. NAFTA negotiator says ‘some progress’ made, but moving ‘slowly’

U.S. trade rep Robert Lighthizer said progress had been made over the past week to warrant moving forward with a fresh round of NAFTA talks, but he also made it clear that more work needs to be done.
