Mon, Jan 8: Porter Airlines passengers stranded in Boston last week were told by a representative they would have to delete videos of an encounter with an agent or face arrest. As Sean O’Shea reports, the company now says the employee was incorrect. But passengers say their rights were infringed as they were trying to record poor service.
