Mon, Dec 18: Families in Ontario have been fighting for years for a specialized surgery for their children who suffer from Cerebral Palsy. But since the early 2000s it hasn’t been offered here, so parents have had to go outside the country. As Caryn Lieberman reports, this is finally about to change.
