Gerard Comeau bought a dozen cases of beer and three bottles of liquor in Quebec but when he tried to bring them home to New Brunswick he was fined. Comeau says it’s unconstitutional, and his fight to “free the beer” has gone all the way to the Supreme Court of Canada. Abigail Bimman reports.
