Another North Korean fishing boat intercepted by Japan

Japanese authorities are to inspect a battered boat carrying 10 men identifying themselves as North Koreans drifting in rough seas off the northern island of Hokkaido, the latest in a wave of boats washing up on northern Japanese coasts.
