Kelowna mulling possible gas tax

From record floods to a record dry spell, when it comes to extreme conditions, the Okanagan has seen it all this year. Now the city of Kelowna is looking at what it can do to deal with climate change.
A staff report recommends a number of steps to help reduce greenhouse gas emissions. One of those suggestions is that council investigate the possibility of a gas tax. Kelly Hayes reports
