West Kelowna has followed through on its threat against medical marijuana dispensaries operating in the city. Council has made it clear it doesn't want dispensaries in West Kelowna, pulling all business licenses and threatening them with heavy fines. As Kelly Hayes reports, most of the dispensaries are ignoring the threat and it's costing them a pretty penny.
