Edmonton 2017 Gold Medal Plates chefs on culinary championship win

Shane Chartrand from Sage, Steve Buzak from the Royal Glenora Club and Ryan Hotchkiss from Bundok are the three executive chefs who won the 2017 Edmonton Gold Medal Plates. They joined Global News Morning to talk about moving on to the Canadian Culinary Championships.
