Judge rules RCMP failed to protect officers in Moncton massacre

An unprecedented court case in Canada has ended with the RCMP being found guilty in failing its officers. As Ross Lord reports, the scathing decision stems from the 2014 massacre in Moncton, New Brunswick, that left three Mounties and injured two others.
