Thu, Sep 21: Damage to a fibre-optic cable left about 3,000 Rogers customers in Toronto and Kincardine, Ontario without service. Customers who called Global News said they were kept in the dark about the reason for the outage. Rogers says it had fully repaired the cable and had service restored by Friday. Sean O’Shea reports.
