Peterborough honours International Overdose Awareness Day

A ceremony and moment of silence was held this morning at police headquarters in Peterborough, to honour those who have died as a result of an overdose. Pop-up sessions around the city were teaching the public how to use Naloxone kits. George, a Peterborough man, picked up his kit today, and says it’s an easier way to administer the drug when trying to reverse the effects of an opioid overdose.
