Homeless Montrealer fined for dog

A homeless Montrealer was stopped by police and ticketed for $1,034 for owning a “pitbull-type” dog. As Global’s Felicia Parrillo reports, Misha was already registered with the city as a Dogo Argentino, a breed that is not banned.
